How do I place an order?
Browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we support Cash on Delivery. Online payment options will be available soon.
How can I track my order?
Go to your Profile > My Orders. You'll see real-time updates for each order including processing, out for delivery, and completed.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can request changes or cancellations before the order is shipped. Contact customer support immediately through chat or phone.
What if I received a damaged item?
We’re sorry! Please contact support with order details and images. We’ll assist you with returns or refunds quickly.

We are currently delivering in selected areas. You can check service availability on the checkout page by entering your address.
